Hannah Steele

Hannah Steele is a former PA resident and current MFA student at Boston University. She is interested in how the interior holds both the tangible and the intangible and how these spaces are occupied equally by material objects as they are by the immaterial dance of light. She is particularly interested in how within the space of a painting, light becomes just as concrete a form as anything else. It takes up and travels throughout space as a body would, and creates new geometric structures within existing architectures.
